Orders
You can order new services from our website (domains, webhosting, VPS) or through the customer portal. Add products to your cart, complete checkout, and your order will be processed.
Each order gets a unique reference in the format CP-XXXXXX. Use this reference when communicating with support about an order.
Most services are provisioned automatically within minutes after payment. Domain registrations and transfers may take longer depending on the registrar. If your order isn't processed within an hour, contact support.
