Support Tickets
Go to Tickets in the sidebar and click New Ticket. Select a priority, enter a subject and description, and optionally attach files.
Open the ticket from the Tickets section and type your reply at the bottom of the conversation. You can also attach files to your reply.
- Low — General questions, feature requests, non-urgent changes
- Medium — Issues affecting a single service, minor problems
- High — Service outages, security concerns, urgent billing issues
- Critical — Complete downtime affecting your business
Use the self-service features in the portal for routine tasks like DNS changes, email account management, password changes, and invoice payments. Create a ticket when you need help with something you can't do yourself, when you're experiencing technical problems, or when you need billing corrections.
