Frequently asked questions

Go to Webhosting in the sidebar and select your hosting account. From the overview page, you can click Login to DirectAdmin to access the full DirectAdmin control panel via single sign-on — no separate credentials needed.

Navigate to your hosting account and open the Email tab. Fill in the username, set a password (or generate one), and optionally set a quota. After creation, you'll see the full mail server settings (IMAP/SMTP) to configure in your mail client.

On the Email tab, click the actions menu (three dots) next to the email account and select Delete. You'll be asked to confirm before the account is permanently removed. Make sure to back up any important emails first.

On the Email tab of your hosting account, click the actions menu (three dots) next to the email account and select Open Webmail. This will log you into Roundcube automatically via single sign-on.

On the Email tab, click the actions menu next to the email account and select Change Password. Enter the new password (minimum 8 characters) and click Save. You'll see confirmation immediately.

Use these settings (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain):

• Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL/TLS
• Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 587, STARTTLS
• Username: Your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com)
• Password: The password you set when creating the email account

Go to your hosting account's Databases tab. Enter a database name, username, and password, then click Create.

The Overview tab of your hosting account shows disk usage, bandwidth, and other resource statistics.

On the hosting account's Overview tab, you'll find an option to change the DirectAdmin account password.
