Service Cancellation
Go to the service's detail page and look for the cancellation option. You can request cancellation with an effective date — the service will remain active until that date.
If the cancellation hasn't taken effect yet, contact support to have it reversed.
Data is retained during any grace period. After the service is fully terminated, data may be permanently deleted. Make sure to download any backups before the cancellation takes effect.
